How I rest and sleep
EDS makes it challenging to get comfortable. EDSers find that this multi-postition back support system helps them rest or sleep. It can be used on the floor or in bed. The wedges can be positioned in various ways to get support where it is needed. This set is made up of three separate pieces: The backrest, knee support and footrest that are joined by zippers. The pieces can be used individually or together in many ways to support the body. There are a few different ones available, but this is the one having all of the needed features. The wide version is preferred because it provides extra space on the sides to rest the elbows.
(That is a model in the photo… she does not have EDS!)

Side Sleepers Need Knee Support
Sometimes due to pain, the EDSer needs to sleep on their side. This can be very difficult because they may wiggle, toss and turn to get the blanket correctly positioned between the knees. Most of the time, this is such a process that they end up popping other joints out of place.
This Knee Support Pillow does a great job in this situation. It is just the right size and firmness to keep knees separated and it breathes so they don’t have sweaty knees when one wake up in the morning.
So now there is less tossing and turning in bed and less of popping joints, so you can get a better night’s rest. It just might work for you?
