Guidelines for Starting a New Support Group

Soft, minimalist watercolor-style illustration of a diverse young adult EDS support group gathered in a circle. The group includes a Black woman using a wheelchair, a young woman using forearm crutches, a young man writing in a notebook, and four other participants seated on chairs. Some members are speaking while others listen or take notes, creating a natural conversation. A small round table in the center holds a potted plant, candle, and tissue box, with tote bags, water bottles, and a backpack nearby. The open white background and gentle pastel colors create a calm, welcoming atmosphere of peer support and community.
