These live online learning sessions use the phone/web method on Go To Webinar
The session lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Typically, the presenter speaks for approx. 45 minutes and the balance of the time is available for Q & A. We record these sessions and post them on our site for those who can not attend live.
Will my face show if I ask a question live?
During the presentations you will only see the presenter’s slides (not the attendees or even the presenter’s face). There will be no webcam. You can ask questions by typing into the “Q & A” box.
Will my voice or household noises be heard by other attendees?
All attendees are muted … you cannot hear any attendees voices or background noises. There is a public or private “Chat” window available to communicate with the session leaders or other attendees.
Will I be able to ask a question and will others know my name at that time?
You can ask questions by typing into the “Q & A” box. The presenter reads the question and provides an answer verbally. Typically, no names of those asking questions are announced. Occasionally, a first name only may be used.
