What I use to Rest and Sleep

9 Positon Wedge Cushion Set

Having EDS … it is often very difficult to get comfortable.  I find that this multi-postition back support system helps me rest and sleep. I can use it on the floor or in bed. I can position the wedges the way I want them and get support where I need it.
This set is made up of three separate pieces: The backrest, knee support and footrest that are  joined by zippers. The pieces can be used individually or together in many ways to support my body. There are a few different ones available, but this is the one I use.  I like the wide version, which provides extra space to rest my elbows on.

(That is a model in the photo… she does not have EDS!)
