Improve Beighton score

The Tulane University Additions to the Beighton Score. Included are the standard hypermobility critera: bending back the little finger on each hand (one point per finger), bending the thumb to the wrist (one point per thumb), passive hyperextension of the elbows beyond 10 degrees (one point for each elbow); passive hyperextension of the knees greater than 10 degrees (one point per knee), and bending forward with hand flat on the ground (one point). Highest possible score: 9 Tulane added tests: ankle bend/sag inward greater than 60 degrees (one point per ankle); posterior subluxation of the hip joint while the patient is laying on their back while flexing and rotating their hip (one point per hip); manual subluxtaion of knee cap out of its groove from side to side while the leg is stretched out straight (one point per knee cap). Highest possible score: 15
