One Response to “Doctor Speaker Series: Dr. Stephane Treyvaud”

  1. Marti Z. says:

Will questions be allowed? First, I would like to know how to reduce the sympathetic response to lower heart rate during the day and especially at night in order to achieve deep sleep. Secondly, I would like to know how to increase concentration during pain as it can be very difficult to focus. I had a third question but forgot it – so mindfulness is a great idea!
