hEDS Diagnostic criteria

A check list that is subdivided into three part. Each park has checkboxes to help diagnose hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. The first section asks about joint hypermobility. The second asks about other symptoms and family history. The last section asks if they have thought about other conditions and concluded they don't match the symptoms the patient has.
