EDS Support – Lincoln UK Meetings
We have Group Meetings twice a month:
1st Saturday of each month
Group Meeting with Guest Speakers, etc. 11:30 – 14:30 in The Community Room, Tesco Extra, Wragby Road, Lincoln, LN2 4QQ. £2 charge per person – to help cover costs of running group.
3rd Wednesday of each month
Group Craft and Skills Sharing Gatherings, 12:30 – 15:30 in The Community Room, Tesco Extra, Wragby Road, Lincoln, LN2 4QQ. Some gatherings will require you to bring items, others may incur a small fee to cover costs of the materials we supply.
Hot and cold drinks and biscuits available at both meetings!
The Community Room is at the rear of the Shop near the toilets and stairs up to the restaurant.
LOADS of free parking!

December Group Meeting: Fundraising Swishing & Bags2School Event
To help cover the costs of running the group: Public liability (this alone is £145 a year!!! -it’s ‘cos the group is so large!) Domain name Web hosting Purchasing group library – EDS books, etc We already have some ideas in the pipeline: There is a small charge of £2 per person to attend a group meeting when we have a Guest Speaker. I plan to create some zebra/EDS merchandise to sell with profits going to group – more info…
December Craft Gathering: Christmas Lanterns
Helen will be showing us how to make these gorgeous Christmas lanterns. She promises they are easier than they look so don’t panic! They really are lovely and will brighten up your window ledges over the Festive season. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: Decent size jar. EDS Support Lincs will provide everything else.

February Group Meeting: Liaise SEND Information, Advice and Support in Lincolnshire (IASS)
Rachel Boothby is our Guest Speaker this month and is Co-ordinator for Liaise: SEND Information, Advice and Support in Lincolnshire (IASS). Liaise provide free and confidential information, advice and support to parents of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disability. The Service offers a service to children and young people as well as parents. There is a confidential Helpline and families can meet advisers face to face at a venue that suits them. March Group Meeting – Massage, Emmett Technique & Bowen Therapy
Massage Working on the superficial to deep layers of muscle and connective tissue, massage attempts to enhance function, promote relaxation and provide a better sense of well being.
