EDS makes it challenging to get comfortable.  EDSers  find that this multi-postition back support system helps them rest or sleep. It can be used on the floor or in bed. The wedges can be positioned in various ways to get support where it is needed. This set is made up of three separate pieces: The backrest, knee support and footrest that are  joined by zippers. The pieces can be used individually or together in many ways to support the body. There are a few different ones available, but this is the one having all of the needed features.  The wide version is preferred because it provides extra space on the sides to rest the elbows.
