Survey About Support in Clinical Trials – Rare Disease Patients/Caregivers- Chance to win gift cards!!

Purpose of This Survey 

to better understand people’s needs for travel support services and other services that aim to  reduce the burdens of participating in a clinical trial. (It’s important to note that these services  are not funded by patients, they’re always funded by Sponsors of clinical trials and provided  to patients at no cost). 

Who is the Survey For 

Anyone who is affected by rare disease, either as a patient, caregiver or family member of  someone affected by rare disease.

How Long Does it Take 

Approximately 10 minutes. We promise.  

Prize Draw  

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered in a draw to win one of the following  prizes: 

  • $100 gift card for themselves and a $500 donation to a Patient Organization of their  choice (1 winner) 
  • $100 gift card for themselves (3 winners)

What will be done with the results of this survey 

We plan to publish the results of the survey along with the results of several focus groups we  have conducted in January 2021 in a whitepaper/report and to share the results with  academia, industry and Patient Organizations to raise awareness and amplify the voices of  the rare disease community. Both PRA and Scout plan to publish a whitepaper and share it  widely with our networks. 

We will share a copy of the whitepaper/report with your organization as well!  Suggested Wording for Social Media
