Cannabis side effect

The reported adverse effects of cannabis used for chronic pain. The headers of the columns are mild, moderate, severe, and life-threatening/disabling. The last column is a total, both in number and percentage, of how many people experienced that adverse effect. The bottom row totals how many people reported that severity of adverse reaction. The total five mild adverse effects were dry mouth (26 reports), nausea (19), concentration impairment (14), lethargy (14), and headache (12). 238 mild adverse reactions were reported. The top five moderate adverse reactions reported were somnolence (27), lethargy (22), fatigue (17), insomnia (15), and headache (14). 258 moderate adverse effects were reported. The top five severe adverse events reported were headache (18 reports), fatigue (15), dizziness (10), generalized muscle weakness (10), and insomnia (8). 99 severe adverse reaction were reported. No life-threatening/disabling adverse reactions were reported. The total five adverse reactions reported over all four categories were headache (44 total reports), fatigue (39), lethargy (36), nausea (33), and somnolence (32). 50 participants reported 601 total adverse effects.
