{"id":3,"date":"2014-07-19T16:11:47","date_gmt":"2014-07-19T16:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chronicpainpartners.com\/north-atlanta-eds-support-group\/about\/"},"modified":"2022-05-13T15:42:43","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:42:43","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.chronicpainpartners.com\/north-atlanta-eds-support-group\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About Georgia EDS and Hypermobility Network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To the join the Georgia EDS and Hypermobility Support Group, click on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronicpainpartners.com\/north-atlanta-eds-support-group\/join-this-support-group\/\">Join this Support Group<\/a>.\u201d Currently, we have over 1,000 members!<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to provide regular social support and information to all people with EDS and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, their caregivers, and friends throughout the state of Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Members can connect through our private Facebook group and through regular monthly meetings. <strong>Currently, our meetings are being held virtually via Zoom.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Daily support is available through our Facebook group, which also holds all details about events and meetings, a list of area doctors, and other publications and references recommended by fellow members. We are reaching out to new members, their family and caregivers.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that people with EDS and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders have our good days and our bad days. Even if you cannot attend the meetings or make them regularly, you are still part of our community and can communicate through our local integrated support online.<\/p>\n<p>Our Georgia Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome community was originally formed in July 2014 following the EDNF Conference in Houston, TX.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Join us at our next virtual  meeting on Saturday, May 21 at 2pm.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Zoom information is on the Georgia EDS and Hypermobility Network Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To the join the Georgia EDS and Hypermobility Support Group, click on \u201cJoin this Support Group.\u201d Currently, we have over 1,000 members!
