Registration Process for Webinars

NOTE:  Please register early. A limited number may attend live, and a free recording of the entire session will be provided for later replay.

 

Instructions:

– When you click the “registration link” on the announcement page, you will be  asked to register for the meeting.

. Insert your name and email address, then click “Login”.

– You will receive a confirmation of your registration.

Check your email for meeting links.

(Ignore the phone numbers. Your phone provider will charge you a fee if you use them. If you wish, you can save this meeting date on your calendar by clicking the “DOWNLOAD” link.)

 You will receive an Email that looks like this.

That’s it, you’re registered. Your registration for the meeting on [meeting date/time] was successful.  To update your calendar, just save the attachment. Have the meeting call you.
Click the Connect Me link below. No need to dial-in.

USA Attendees

At the time of the meeting, click on the “Connect Me” button on the above Email you received.
 
You will then see the following screen:

Enter your “name” and “email address” then click “Join Meeting”

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will then see the following screen:

Do not enter a password.

Click “Connect as Guest” below the “Register” button.

 

 

 

 

This will connect you to the “visual” through your computer screen. (If you have a pop-up blocker, disable it.)

The “Connect Audio” window will appear.  Select “call my phone”, type your phone number, and click “connect me”

You will then receive an automated phone call which will connect you to the audio part of the meeting. (You will listen through your phone, but your computer screen will still be connected to the visual, so you can view the doctor’s slide presentation.)

International attendees:

Use the same instructions, except …. When the “Connect Audio” window appears.  Select “call my computer” and click “connect me”.  (If you have a pop-up blocker, disable it.)

Only connect by computer. You will be charged a fee to connect using the phone numbers listed.
