Do You Need Good Wrist Support?

Adjustable Wrist Wrap

Adjustable Wrist Wrap

Wrist instability is a very common problem for EDSers. I need support while I’m using my computer or driving long distances.  Stabilizing my wrist can prevent dislocations from lifting or carrying items.  Bracing reduces pressure on my wrist when I experience “torque” – a result of sideways or twisting movements.  Keeping my wrist in a straight and still position can reduce pain due to dislocated wrist bones.  There are many bracing options. I found that this fully adjustable wrist wrap can help reduce this stress on my wrist.  It is an inexpensive option for resting my wrist after I have used it too much.  It has a metal piece that keeps my wrist in a neutral position. You might find that this option could be the answer to your painful problem.
